Operation & Maintenance Services

Systems degrade. Inverters fail. Installers disappear. When your solar investment stops performing, Solarize brings licensed electrical expertise to diagnose the real problem and fix it right

Licensed Master Electricians

Solar service is electrical work. Our crew holds master electrician licensing and approaches every call as an electrical diagnosis first

Direct Communication

You work with the people doing the work. No call centers, no ticket queues. The person who answers your call is the same person coordinating your service visit.

Five-State Service Area

Active coverage across Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont. We maintain licensing and code familiarity in every region we operate.

Diagnostics & Troubleshooting

A drop in production doesn't mean your panels are bad. It usually means something upstream failed — a ground fault, a loose lug, a tripped arc-fault breaker, or a failed bypass diode that's been dragging down an entire string. We test at the string level and module level, use thermal imaging to locate hotspots and cell damage, verify DC and AC circuit integrity, and trace every connection from rooftop to point of interconnection. The goal is a clear answer, not a guess.

Inverters, Electrical Corrections & Code Work

Inverters are the most common failure point in any system, and we replace them across every major platform — SolarEdge, Enphase, SMA, Fronius — including microinverter swap-outs and optimizer reconfiguration.

Beyond hardware, we handle the electrical corrections that other companies skip: conductor resizing, breaker upgrades, grounding electrode repair, conduit rework, and NEC 690/705 labeling. If your system was installed to outdated standards or failed an inspection, we bring it into compliance and manage the re-inspection process directly with the AHJ.

Who Reaches Out to Us

Homeowners call when something is wrong and they can't get answers. The app shows an error, the electric bill jumped, or the company that sold them the system no longer picks up the phone. We give a direct diagnosis, explain what we find in plain terms, and handle the repair without recommending work that isn't needed.

Solar companies and contractors reach out when they need licensed electrical support in the field. Warranty dispatches, post-install punch lists, failed inspection remediation, and ongoing maintenance contracts for residential or commercial portfolios.

We carry our own insurance, document everything with photos and reports, and operate as a direct extension of your service operations.
